Bienvenido to Bar Brighton, an exciting new place to relax by the bay. This ambient venue is changing the image of Brighton le Sands by providing an intimate yet vibrant venue to indulge in some cocktails, sip away on a glass of wine, warm up to a delicious coffee, or work your way through our tapas menu.

The bar is the focal point of the establishment. It rises from the wooden floor boards and extends itself almost to the front door. The ceiling suspended beer font impresses, as do the selection of boutique and hand crafted beers. The wine list also beckons attention with an array of boutique Australian and New Zealand wines to suit any palate. The ever changing cocktail list sources inspiration from the surrounding St George region, as well as South American and European craft recipes. And then there is the Sangria….

The Kitchen is the workhorse of the restaurant. A simple menu draws not only on Spanish influence for its tapas style cuisine, but also incorporates the best of modern Mediterranean fare. Dine on a few select dishes; divulge the “Tapas for Two” platter, or the slow cooked paella. And if the tapas doesn’t fill, then there are a range of desserts to satisfy, including fresh Spanish Churros. The tapas menu also is tailored for private events and functions.
