Botany breeze:

The sea breeze is a bit different on the shores of Lady Robertson’s beach. You can smell Avgas from the airport, crude oil from the tanker sitting off Kurnell, and the unmistakable smell of Yeeros from the shop on the corner. So when the “Sea breeze” cocktail surfaced its head behind the bar at Bar Brighton, we took the little bugger by the neck and changed him a bit!

Our version involves freshly muddled limes with brown sugar, topped with Absolut Raspberri vodka, Strawberry liqueur and Frangelico. This concoction is then shaken with a bit of pineapple juice and lengthened with cranberry juice. And just to make it even more bizarre, we finish it off with a cinnamon rimmed glass.

“Any good?”, i hear you ask from the long couches! Well judging by that guy who sat at the front lounge and ordered 4 to himself, they must be pretty damn good. Alternatively, you could try one just because its something so strange, kinda like the breeze here on the sands of botany bay!
